This is our sweet Zoe 5lbs
We are very small scale breeders located in Louisville Kentucky , My daughter Chantell & myself breed beautiful Yorkies & Maltese as a hobby.....I have tried to pass on to my daughter not just my love for animals in general,or my passion for my dogs, but the practice of selecting the right dogs to compliment each other & the breed!!.....Our dogs are our babies, they do not live outdoors,they have been raised as a part of our family with unconditional love....Their temperments are all excellent examples of the breed. They love to please us because we treat them with tons of love & affection, it couldnt be any other way with us....We do not mass produce these babies, we selectively breed only strong & healthy females once a year, if we happen to have tinies born its because we have a gorgeous little 2.5 lb stud (Trucker) that not only is a little guy in stature,but has excellent conformation & a excellent temperment!!.....Those attributes is what we hope to pass on to his future litters.No female under 5 lbs is bred here at RubyStar,they are sold on a spay contract only!
When we breed our females they are treated as queens fed a balanced diet along with extra special goodies boiled chicken & a egg every morning with additional Vitamin/Mineral supplements.
Each puppy is hand delivered by me & my daughter to ensure survival, NEVER EVER has a one of my girls whelped a litter alone!! we invest so much time into each sweet angel baby that nothing but the best homes will do!!
Every one of our puppies are handled daily & are lavished with love & attention.occasionally we have puppies available for purchase but the guarantee that they will be going to a good home is number one! the level of care that we invest in each puppy is a passion me & my daughter lovingly & willingy do without hesitation& so we expect the very best for our babies!
Every pup has had dewclaws removed,tails docked (yorkies only), they are all upto date on all vaccinations starting at 6 weeks of age,worming begins at 3 weeks of age & is repeated every other week until they go to their new homes.All puppies will be examined & determined to be free of all parasites & genetic defects before they are placed in their new homes.
All our puppies come with a Guarantee for one full year against genetic defects to be determined by a certified veterinarian!..VIEW CONTRACT FOR GUARANTEE!!!...-Shipping is available on certain puppies-Super small puppies will have to be veterinarian approved first & then may end up having to delay flights till older (12-16 weeks) that will be conditional, puppies welfare is number one!!!!!! We reserve the right to make a judgement call & if you place a deposit on a certain puppy that may end up having to be picked up, (DO NOT PLACE A DEPOSIT ON ONE OF THE REAL SMALL PUPPIES UNLESS YOU PLAN ON MAKING THE TRIP HERE IF THAT ENDS UP BEING THE CASE, IF WE FEEL IT MAY BE A POSSIBILITY WE WILL INFORM YOU FIRST BEFORE YOU PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT)everyone is welcome to our home to meet & pick out their baby its what is recommended by us in the first place we prefer to meet face to face if possible & introduce you to the sires & dams & the new arrivals, but we realize most people cant afford the trip if shipping needs to be arranged the fee required will be added to the total cost of your baby, usually under $300.00 prices vary We only ship on Airlines that are climate controlled...no one will be making profit off the shipping as you will have documents stating costs of vet certifications,airline crate..ect. If your interested in a particular puppy just call us or email us to see if the puppy of your choice is available..no puppy will be held without a deposit.

All the babies will come with a puppy care package . this kit will give your puppy the start it needs for a safe & happy transition!
***!!NOTICE!!*** We had planned on accepting credit cards here at RubyStar, but after careful consideration, If a buyer wants to use a credit card to pay for a puppy, they still can if they just go to a U.S Post Office & get a postal money order that may in turn be purchased by their credit card. that is insurance for you as the buyer that someone hasnt stolen your identity & leads you into financial troubles.. & gives you a proof of purchase until reciepts of transfer of money can be signed & sent! We want everyones experience to be a pleasant one here at RubyStar! If you have questions please email us, payment plans may be set up as we list puppies for sale usually the week they are born!! most puppies wont leave our home for 3 months, thats more than enough time to pay a puppy off..
