You are required to take your new puppy to a licensed veterinarian within the first 72 hours of receiving, to get a well puppy check up for this Health Guarantee to be valid, along with keeping the puppy up to date on vaccinations and dewormings which are recommended by your veterinarian. Until the puppy’s vaccinations are finished it is recommended that you should not expose your puppy to contaminated areas such as public parks, stores, or around other dogs or strange dogs that you do not know are healthy. This puts your puppy at a higher risk of getting sick which can be life threatening.

If during the first 12 months after bringing your puppy home, it is found to have a congenital defect which must be confirmed by 2 vets, (one chosen by the buyer and one chosen by the seller) or if the puppy dies of reasons, determined by autopsy from the state department of animal health, that are incurable and unavoidable, said puppy will be replaced with one of equal value/sex as soon as one becomes available, time frame determined by Seller. Problems that are avoidable with vaccinations such as parvo, corona, viral infections, worms, pneumonia, diarrhea, coccidiosis, hypoglycemia, stress, and other minor problems are not covered under this guarantee.

It is agreed that at no time will the buyer sell or give said puppy to another individual or a dog pound/humane society/rescue organization or in any other way removing said puppy without first notifying the seller.

All veterinarian expenses are the responsibility of the buyer. All shipping or transportation expenses for the puppy are the responsibility of the buyer. All puppies are sold as pets; there is no guarantee on the disposition, size/weight, color, bite, or breeding ability (i.e. fertility, free whelping or testicles).

Buyer will be responsible for all court costs and/or attorneys fees incurred by the seller to uphold this agreement.

*NOTICE*-before you sign this agreement we want you to understand that if for any unforescene reason your unable to keep a puppy purchased from RubyStar, that it is to be returned to RubyStar & not Sold/Given Away/Rehomed or sent to any shelter or humane society..We want only the very best for each & every one of our babies..we also understand peoples lives change.knowing they are not in a shelter or humane society gives us peace of mind.
